"Be yourself. Alacer was a place that was more like family. If you are looking for an aggressive environment, this is not the place for you. Smile and be honest."

"The fact that it was sold. Things changed in the organization as soon as word was given. The dynamics changed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Alacer was great. Management was great. We were trusted to do our jobs and felt we were allowed to, without interference."
What do you like about working at Alacer?
"I enjoyed interacting with all the departments in order to get the job done. I liked negotiating with all my vendors and the relationships we had. I enjoyed interacting with all the managers from each dept. Always making sure everything was done on time."

"Just be honest with your answers to ensure you will be able to handle the job they are asking you do to."
What don't you like about working at Alacer?
"I really don't have bad things to say about Alacer. I was there when it as making 11 million and at 60 million. Sometimes you have to do things you don't totally enjoy to get to the mark. But that is part of business and it has to be done."

"I liked the people, save one. The people all seemed to like me, save one."
What don't you like about working at Alacer?
"The politicking and elitist atmosphere. They didn't know and didn't want to know my field. I asked for input repeatedly, and got none."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"This is a larger position (Graphic Designer; they need an Art Director) that makes fiscal sense to grow and develop more as an in-house position. Too many chiefs as far as creative, sterilizes the output."
