Alabama Department of Human Resources Employee

"I have been employed with MCDHR since 2013 and although the benefits and time off are great, some of the management create a hostile work environment and don't provide any support to case managers. It is hard to get management to listen to new ideas or change/ update policies to accommodate the changes of the clients we serve. When first hired, there is no negotiation of pay no matter your experience or education and must start at the bottom of the pay scale."
