"Not sure how the positive reviews were acquired. During my time there, 80% of the superintendent hires left within 4 - 6 months. To say that the strong stay and the weak leave is laughable. There are a few superintendents that had been there for 10+ years. The rest were < 1 yr. This company chews up and spits out supers. Management says keeping customers happy is their top priority. Bull. Making $$$ is. Never worked for a company where my main daily goal was to Cover My Ass."
