"I had worked at Airlie for a # of years and the turnover rate was and still is extremely high! Their expectations are high. They consider themselves to be a 5 Star establishment, but they don't provide the necessary training to enable an employee to deliver 5 Stars. As a matter of fact, there is no uniform training provided whatsoever and the rules are constantly changing. Communication is lacking and there is no clear cut line of management. In other words there are way too many people wanting to give out orders and many times those in management disagree among themselves! So what's an employee to do? Airlie is a privately owned organization with a board of directors and they are far removed from the company and they disagree on the companies vision as well. There are so many write off's for personal items and comp'd goods and services that they're always cutting back on staffing to ensure that they meet payroll!"
