"I didn't like their techniques as far as training new associates. It seemed unorganized and at times, unhelpful."

"Forget about it. You can do better. The recent AIG troubles confirm my previous statement about how little the parent company values its employees. Unless you are an actual AIG corporate office employee, you are not appreciated and the menial raises (if you're fortunate to get one) indicate how valued you are."
What don't you like about working at AIG?
"I didn't like anything about working for AIG SunAmerica Financial Services. The petty salary is not significant enough to deal with the bureaucracy that AIG brought to the organization. Although the pay wasn't that great when SunAmerica was owned by Mr. Eli Broad, Mr. Broad made sure that the employees were taken care of and appreciated. The organization was ran much better before the AIG merger."

"No comment. SunAmerica management is under the dictatorship of AIG corporate."

"Hire people you trust and let them do their work. Most sales reps do not want to or like being micro-managed."
