"I enjoyed the atmosphere and the ability to think outside the box. I enjoyed that intelligence and creativity was welcomed."

"I would advise interviewees to simply be themselves and their best possible self at all times. Do not seem desperate., yet hone an air of confidence unchallenged."

What don't you like about working at AIA Holdings?

"I didn't like how long it took some things to take effect and actually come to fruition. I also would've liked a more teamwork orientated atmosphere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would advise management to reiterate that in departments, you are only as strong as your weakest link, therefore the training and efforts should be spent on people that need it and would ultimately benefit from it. I would also encourage them to not be so afraid of their employees knowledge and embrace it."
