"I have worked for AGU since 2011. The Union has gone through considerable change in the past three years. The CEO is trying to create a healthy work environment, unfortunately her Directors do not share her belief in that work environment. Some are very good, others are just terrible."

What don't you like about working at American Geophysical Union?

"We had a department manager who was under much pressure. He did not know the applications and took credit for the accomplishments of his staff. Very little support or acknoledgement of the web contect co-ordinators abilities and dedication to the finished products. HR head takes advantage of new memebers to the work force."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Other department managers are on tge ball. fun, knowledgable, in=maginative and open to communication."
