"If you'd like to work for Agrium/Crop Services, Accounts Payable Department, I hope you enjoy working in a SWEATSHOP atmosphere. Expect minimal training (they would prefer you learn via osmosis), poor management/supervision, constant threats, astronomical expectations and no support from your supervisors. The lack of organization is phenomenal and the chaotic environment incomparable. If you decide to take a position here, watch your back."

"I've worked with CPS and Agrium for the last ~2.5 years. The company cares about training and education, and the managers generally strive to make you feel appreciated. The equipment is excellent for development teams, and the general attitude around the office is always positive (even during deployments)."
