"We haven't upgraded our major CRM systems since the 1980's and there is no time or money set aside for encouraging employees to have fun and get away from their desks."

"Stop wasting time and money trying to fix outdated technology. Invest in new technology and stop making people waste their time accounting for every last thing they do. Focus on fun and creativity."
