"Ages consulting is a commercial construction company. They focus on LED upgrades within Multi-Family properties. The management and ownership do not understand how to run the business. Many employees are unhappy due to very poor leadership. The senior project manager poorly manages projects. He does not take responsibility when a project derails. They care more about loyal employees instead of educated decision makers that could help catapult the business forward. Keep religion out of business."
