"Totally dysfunctional management at all levels. 5 re-orgs and 9 bosses in 18 months. Catered to the biggest whiners. Not interested in improvement, only in being right. Competency not valued; too much of playing favorites."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Develop a plan and stick with it for more than 60 days. Recruit and retain talent by encouraging them to find ways to improve the company and reward them for doing so. Simplify your offerings and technologies to something that can be supported. Work with your customers, not just for your customers."
