"Being the boss. Allstate had great managers and departments to support the agents."

"I would choose Allstate over any other P&C insurance provider. You need to have some capital to begin."

What don't you like about working at Allstate?

"Ran lean office so vacation time was difficult to take. No benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer group benefits (even at agency's own costs)."
