"It's important to give your customers the best product and the best employees who are there to give the best service possible because they want to and believe in the product. You should not have employees that that are beat down morally, verbally and made to feel like they are less than the ground they walk on."

"Be professional, come dressed like you are representing a company I can 't tell you how many came in sagging pants, tennis shoes, couldn't speak English and all around had no clue,"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That you hire the correct people leave friendships out of it and keep the owner out of the office due to his need to cause controversy to make himself feel important. Just because you own something doesn't make you better than anyone else and trying to cause people to turn against each other is wrong."
