"You never know how long your shift will be or when your next day off will be. You aren’t informed usually till the day before you get a day off. No way to plan anything with your family. Poor planning for jobs and tasks and how to get your parts. Your fellow employees are usually the ones you have to ask all your questions to."
"There is little to no real management control. They are on a piggish buying spree and only are interested in the next big thing. They get excited about new projects but soon get bored with the details and turf it off to others to make a success.If the opportunity is not for MILLIONS, they are uninterested. Making a few hundred thousand in profit means little to management. They have closed two smaller units within their portfolio even though each profited annually... while they continue to operate other business units that are spewing money... but are booking millions in revenue."
