"Pay was fair but not extreme. The biggest complaint was the organization stating that updating training needed to be accomplished between calls. However, calls were always back to back and a training session was 30 mins a week so you were constantly needing to do it during a break, lunch, or after hours. If you asked for OT you were chided as to why you couldn't do training between calls."

"my pay at Aetna is not equivalent to the amount I work I actually do. I started as a customer service rep making 13 an hour then to receive the promise of benefits I would have to drop to 11 an hour to qualify for coverage benefits. I have still yet to acquire PTO benefit and i been here for over a year. I get the run around every time I ask. I became a subject matter expert after passing my quality analysis for 6 consecutive months. I didn't get a raise I still made 11 an hour. I researched and Aetna makes $27 per call and expects CSR's to make 8 calls per hour. That's 56-64 calls per day which equal $1,512-$1,728 an agent per day. If you have 40 agents That's $60,480 - $69,120 a day. but customer service agents only see at max $88 per day. I want to be apart of an effectively managed system that better caters to the workforce that
makes the company flourish."

"I do not believe I have been compensated as I have learned I should have been. I have been approximately $10,000+, short changed. This is a result of 'hiring within'. Despite not being appropriately financially compensated, I have gained an enormous skill level which surely was received via the many career path opportunities presented to me, by a Fortune 500 company. There isn't a dollar amount associated to one's appreciation."
