What do you like about working at Aetna?

"I enjoyed my team and my daily responsibilities but I was stifled by my immediate supervisor. I tried to appeal to upper management that if my boss - the Dental Director - had been working in that role for 7 years and I was the 5th person to work for him in 7 years, that he was the problem. All the other managers had either quit or been fired. The ones that were actually more talented than him he felt threatened by and fired them. I was disgusted with the lack of response from upper management - both to my complaints as well as my team's complaints to HR."
