"Do not give responsibility to arrogant people. There should not be micro management. There should be a manager who manages the developers and architect as well."

"The benefits are pretty good. And they're smart about how they add people. They've never cut someone just because they lost a contract. If you work hard and you know your trade, your job will always be safe."

"The pay is barely sufficient for raising a family in this area. I'm hardly saving anything."

"If you really need to ask for unpaid overtime, let your employees telecommute. And if you're willing to compensate them for the overtime in some way, lay out the terms before they get ticked off at you."
