"I have worked at AeroTubine for 3 years and I can tell you that the company great people at the bottom but poor management at the top. They are dramatically in debt and have maneuver numbers around to make it look as if they had a great year. They have let go of anyone who wants to fix the issues with the company in regards to how business is being run and rarely keeps the promises they project to their customers and employees. The bonuses are hard to obtain due to the massive cost in the inventory so the employees rarely see those. Yet this doesnt keep the CCO from dropping in and showing his brand new Rolex off and talking about how he bought it with his last bonus. His bonus is determined on the total number of sales, not margin and is the same amount as product line representative makes. This is who he is flashing the Rolex to. Not the kind of place you want to work in. On the upside you can learn a lot about the aviation industry there. People call it AeroTurbine University. You spend four years there, graduate and go somewhere else to make real money."
