"I had worked with Aerotek for just shy of a year. I was a part of a newer team and we had a startup atmosphere. Depending on what sector you are recruiting in, you have your share of struggles and numbers to hit. You will always be busy, but if you can focus on your work, you are able to leave at a reasonable time. Very supportive management, with room to grow. You have the opportunity to make good money if you work hard."

"I enjoyed my time working for aerotek, however recruiters do not get paid nearly enough for what they do. Our success depends on other people so why are we chewed out if they do not show to interviews, or if they do not get the job. These are things we do not have control of as recruiters."

"it is time to start paying attention to our work-life balance."

"Please read the reviews. All of them are true, especially if you are considering being an internal employee."

"I didn't like the culture or the way they treated minorities and women."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to have more diversity in the company. It is a white boy fraternity company."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"I liked absolutely nothing. My life took a back seat. They want you to bleed Aerotek blue. What a joke."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Try and bomb the interview. I'll bet you still get an offer. Or ace the interview, accept the offer, and don't show up the first day."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"I disliked everything: the people, hours, pay, gossip, and politics. They are quick to point out flaws and rarely acknowledge good."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit - you're not real management. You have high school gossip tendencies. Most of the guys in management are actually more feminine than the females."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"I liked the people and the open door policies. I was able to have a good time while still doing my work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to work hard and appreciate yourself. You may not always get the recognition you are looking for, but you can make sure it comes out in your paycheck. Also, speed is key. If you are not quick and competitive, you will not make it there."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"Aerotek was great for me, but my only issue was with my direct manager and her manager at the time. I felt that her manager could have pulled me aside at any time to get my side of the story before moving on disciplinary actions. It felt as if my opinion or side of things didn't matter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If I was running the show, I would ask my recruiter about his/her opinions on the reqs that I was bringing in. I would also make sure that I am in communication with my recruiter about what types of positions are fillable and not fillable. My main goal would be to make sure that my recruiter and I were a team, and that opinions, whether good or bad, would be taken objectively in order to better the team."

What do you like about working at Aerotek?

"I like nothing at all. Management is more interested in busy work than actual results."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Minorities have no future within this company. Less than 3% of the company has any minority representation. Numbers are skewed because of the contractors who work for them, but with their clients."

What don't you like about working at Aerotek?

"It is racially biased. They speak of diversity in their mission statement. 100% of DBO are white males/females."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Practice what you pretend to preach. Management has no clue on what they are doing and are inconsistent in all phases of promotional programs."
