2.4If you like working around a "3 ring circus" atmosphere, with clowns and jokers constantly stumbling and bumbling and fumbling things around everywhere, then go ahead and apply, then you will sign away your credit score and ability to cash checks anywhere- even the ghetto check cashing places have turned me away. I have gone 7 weeks without money, waiting for that buffoon of a president to make sure they have money in their bank account because if I deposit their checks in my personal bank account they will almost always bounce.
The president/CEO/owner of the company is an unstable powder keg of unbridled stupidity just waiting to explode and unleash his anger on all upper management and blame them for his incompetence.
The director of operations is a spineless yes-man puppet that lives in fear of unleashing the buffoon president's rage, which happens on a daily basis anyway.
The quality director is the biggest OCD perfectionist and just ends up irritating all the inspectors under him, usually ending up in a face to face verbal confrontation before they just get up and walk out.
I am surprised this place has not yet been shut down by the FAA.
By the way, all the 5-star reviews on Aerotec are phony, except for 1 because I know the person- yet I fail to see why he gave a 5-star review.
2.5I applied for a job and they only offered me one where training started in 3 weeks. I barely had enough money to last that long but I waited. The workday before I was to start they called and said it would be another week and a half. I told them I couldn't wait that I was out of money and could they find me another job. He said no I was locked into this one. I asked him to unlock me and he refused. He showed no compassion or empathy to me or my circumstance. He wanted to fill that slot more than find me a job. We went around and around with me trying to tell him I don't have the money to wait but he refused to give in. I called the general manager and tried to explained things but she wouldn't listen or have any empathy for me either. This company thinks of employees as cattle. Unimportant and not worth the effort. DON'T APPLY THERE!!! There are better more caring operations out there!
1.6Worked at this hole for a few years. Owner and family don't give a hoot about their employees or aviation safety. Oh yeah, pay days are usually an option, since they have zero cash flow.
