What do you like about working at Northstar Aerospace?
"I liked working with a team of cooperative people and the opportunity to interact with foreign customers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This job involves a lot of time over the phone. Patience and sensitivity are key to dealing with foreign customers who do not speak good English."
What don't you like about working at Northstar Aerospace?
"I liked the company well enough but I did not get to do the engineering job I was originally hired for because of the 2008 economic downturn. That is how I ended up in sales. Sales is interesting but I prefer technical jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I enjoyed a reasonably good relationship with the management and felt that communication lines were always open. Regular company meetings ensured that all grievances were addressed. No complaints."

"It's a great opportunity to do something good for the country."

"It's worth the work you do, but it's difficult to rise in the ranks because the work is very specific."

"The technology needs to be updated to the current decade."

"I would cut out a lot of the wasted time in meetings."

"The rewards here at AMRDEC are for knowledge and experience, if you can talk a good game and get in, it's hard to get you out."

"It is super boring. A lot of tedium to deal with. The job isn't really fulfilling."

"I would improve training and mentoring by restructuring the former to lay everything on a single track and put in place a formal system for the latter."
