"I usually do not write reviews but I wanted to give my honest opinion about this place... they really are not that bad but not that great. Favoritism is a big thing with them. I have seen people who mess up every day, not work and still get praised just because they were "popular". MY BIGGEST issue is that everyone thinks they are a boss! People love to be email gangsters and will try to throw you under the bus ALL THE TIME! Pay is alright I guess, but benefits are horrible!! Oh, and if they don't like you, instead of being straight up... they will push you until you leave and already have your replacement on standby. Always have a back-up plan, never know when they will decided to chop you!"

"Culture is horrible. Environment is gross, mold, mildew, leaky roof. Turnover is horrible. The best part about my job are my co-workers. Management lacks the skills necessary to handle their teams. HR compliance lady is rude, Culture Office sits with head phones in and doesn't associate with any employees, not aware of her surroundings. Insurance benefits are horrible, CEO sits in his office away from his employees."

"My job itself is great. However the company lacks professionalism. Management will stand by ones who doesn't work and creates drama. They overwork the ones who actually do their job. Benefits aren't too impressive. I do have to say I agree with some of the other reviews about drama and gossip. Computers always messing up makes my goals unobtainable."

"I've worked at Aeroflow for 5 years and this is by far the best job I have ever had in my life. This is a career and we are growing with many potential opportunities. I love how my boss lets me be creative and utilizes my ideas. I feel appreciated and like that I am actually making a difference for our patients and Aeroflow. I feel extremely close to the majority of my co workers, and HR has always worked with me as far as emergency situations arising. This is my career and my family. The people that have nothing better to do other than talk bad about the company and coworkers are the ones that are probably not doing a good job and are treated the way that they work. If you worry about the gossip then you're not doing your work nor are you being professional. If you work hard the sky is the limit here, and I am proud to say that this is my career. I love my job and upper management is awesome if you ever needed to talk to them about issues they are always addressed."

"My supervisore is amazing. She is supportive but over worked and over loaded. Upper management that's another story. Seems like there is a lot of buddy system here. I see one employee always talking, always on her cell phone, never doing any actual work besides gossip and dating guys at work. Nothing gets done about it. I took a smoke break with her one day thinking that maybe her job was so easy she finished early we were talking and all she would talk about was guys at work and her boss saying he did some pretty disgusting things. I mentioned it to HR and come to find out the gossip queen trained her and HR pretty much laughed at me. Needless to say I'm never bringing any issues up to her again. Buddy system and seems more like high school. I'm just going to sit in my cubicle and ignore everyone"

"HR and upper management shows zero support for teams. The training program is horrible. It's mistake after mistake but nobody holds the correct people accountable. Certain employees can do things that others would be fired for. My supervisor is okay but unfair. Pay is not worth the stress and work load. Benefits and sick time horrible."

"Buddy system. Human resources is a joke. If you drink and party with bosses outside of work you get promoted and get specal treatment. Cell phones can be out if you know the right person, otherwise you get wrote up. Friend of HR can bring a child to work. Completely unproffesional. Benefits are horrible. Sick time... well, pray you never get sick. Gossip and act immature at work then this is the place for you. It would be a great place if it was managed properly."

"Stay clear they will set you up for failure. They have a high turn over rate. That's enough said."

What don't you like about working at AeroFlow Healthcare?

"That supervisors would talk about other workers. No one gets the praise they should. No one has any sense to what they are doing. Communication sucked. Benefits also were not good. We all worked in circles cause the system they have is awful."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of of everyone and start over. The employees you have act like toddlers."

What do you like about working at AeroFlow Healthcare?

"I enjoy the people that I work with and the unique methods that Management uses to motivate all of us. I like the fact that Management listens to suggestions and actually cares and implements many of them. The best part of working at Aeroflow is that we get to help our patients on a daily basis. To be able to make a positive difference in people's lives and work with people that I enjoy being around is rare. Such a great caring group of people to work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be sure that you really want to help people. If you are just looking for a job it is not the right place for you. If you want to grow with a company, it is the perfect place to work. If you work hard and have a desire to move up in the company you will have all the opportunity you can imagine, I've seen it with my own eyes."

What don't you like about working at AeroFlow Healthcare?

"There are certainly minor things that I would like to change. Currently I would like to be able to work from home on a part-time basis and be in the office the other time."

"I would have more out of the office get togethers."
