"Dont let them low ball u on wages because it will be a long time before u get a raise. there realy good at pointing out the opps.& realy bad at saying great job buddy."

"No advance no raises & the fact that you have owner looking over your shoulder all day counting his pennies."

"They need more knowledge of aero space man & come off a few more pennies. they may be able to keep the realy good welders like myself."

"Fairly relaxed atmosphere and some pretty good people at the rank & file level"

"Lok elsewhere unless you like being frustrated. There may be some value to working on technologies you like, learn them and then move to a better company."

"There's no where to go. The pay is mediocre to poor, benefits OK."

"Put more value on the people in the organization. Folks quit and no one seems to care."

"I get to touch some very cool technologies and customers. Some products are good."

"Don't plan on staying long. You won't get paid much and there are zero growth opportunities."

"There's a systematic stupidity that runs through management and the business units."

"Lose the CEO and revamp the operational systems. It's too hard to get things done."

"Reasonably good management at the local level. Small company attitude."

"The local management is fine, although they don't plan ahead really well. Watch out for Corporate interference with local jobs."

"Aeroflex Corporate. They lack vision when it comes to new products."

"Some senior management individuals at Corporate headquarters need to be replaced with individuals that have move product vision. They need to understand the basic requirements of spending money to make money."

What do you like about working at Aeroflex?

"I do not currently work here. We worked in the bullpen and handled crises as long-term R&D projects. We held research designs of computing telecommunication companies in confidence and developed processes particular to each new part."

What don't you like about working at Aeroflex?

"I no longer work there. The drive was long because the pay was low and I could not live close to the facility. I prfer to live close to the job site."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was part of management and we did a good job closing the TX facility prior to NY when the company was bought by hostile takeover."
