I managed the part sales department, overseeing all facets of the quoting out of aircraft parts, processing purchase orders, and making sure that orders were shipped out in a timely fashion. I also trained all part-time and full-time employees in the part sale process. I also traveled around the country and represented Aero-Craft Hydraulics to other companies in the aviation industry at various aviation conferences and conventions. And I detailed my company's excellent 55+ year reputation in the aviation field to potential new customers."
