"This company is now over 60,000 strong and I would make them aware that it is a large corporation rather than a smaller business."

What don't you like about working at AECOM?

"I didn't enjoy sitting at a desk all day. I like being able to move about freely but I'm well aware that most positions require time behind a desk."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only request I would have is to give positive reinforcement when possible. It's amazing what a thank you can do to make your day better."

"None that I can think of. The company is still in the process of consolidating the purchase of several companies. Colton office was closed down and staff moved to Ontario."

"Company was sold to a larger Company resulting in drastic changes in culture."

"Provide clear non-management tracks for advancement that is achievable by mid career engineers."

"Some colleagues were OK. Building was well presented and centrally located."

"Don't work for AECOM under any circumstances unless you like feeling abused, unappreciated undervalued, undermined, threatened and insecure. Don't believe anything they say about it being a great place to work. It isn't. It's a taste of hell. There are plenty of alternatives."

What don't you like about working at AECOM?

"Backstabbing, evil, thieving, abusive, lying people who take credit for the work of others. Corrupt and incompetent management. Constant harrassment about utilization. Promotion of bullies and dishonest managers. Pack of wolves."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take complaints about bullying seriously and don't promote such people. Value technical expertise instead of utilization."

"I don't have any negative comments about my company. However I'm disappointed that it seems we've lost focus on the clients in our region. Most of the projects I've worked on in the past few years have been with different offices in other regions."

"A major suggestion for management is to regain a strong focus for a smaller client base. My opinion is that we've don't bother working with clients unless it offers top design fees."
