"More interested in financial bottom line than in quality of care. Company drove off best laboratory talent. Company treated staff in arrogant manner (soliciting staff input only after decisions were made)"

"Be willing to work with people and to stay calm when you have a doctor that wants another doctor right now and you can't it takes time to get ahold of the doctor they may want."

"Working weekends and holidays because I was already having some with the fire department, therefore this added more."

"Treat everyone equally and with respect from the nurses to the EMT's."

"I would have no suggestions for this management team. My Nurse Manager and her support staff were really good"

"I worked the day and evening hours and work weekends. I'd prefer not working weekends."

"I have no suggestions at this time for management. Things were run well."

"I have worked at Lutheran General Hospital for over two years now. I love the environment and workplace. There have been many challenges since COVID-19 with being understaffed. The only negative thing is I believe nursing assistants do not get compensated well enough for their work when they are also the ones understaffed and do just as much as nurses."
