"I have worked for advics for the past 4 years. In the past 4 years the company has went down, Not due to the operators but due to the management. No training provided for the new hires and when Leads and other employees in the leadership or training roles try to help the new hires understand how the factory works and runs, we get looked and talked down to. If your willing to work your body to the ground then the pay is worth it."
