"Plenty of room for growth. The variety of media entities within the group gave us the ability to fully service our clients' advertising needs."
What don't you like about working at Bay Area News Group?
"There were an abundance of projects prematurely implemented at the same time without the necessary training available or the appropriate time allotted which frustrated many employees and effected the overall morale. A few rough spots in the sudden improvised restructuring."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More management training. More product training. Better lines of communication within top level execs."
