"In the past, the surprising lack of accountability from mid management in areas of IT and project management in particular. The glass ceiling approaches from the customer service side when attempting to advance across areas of the company. Not recognizing constructive criticism as a matter of passion, compassion, and loyalty."

"Surround yourselves with bright, passionate, people of action. Remove barriers and silos across departments -- reduce protectionism and turf wars. Fear less."
