"The company have locations not in Atl-GA. My house is in GA."

"Need to know who is doing real work, not who can talk."
What do you like about working at Stryker?
"Stryker is casual, fun place to work, but we expect results. Different approaches are welcome, slackers are not."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be confident. If you work hard you can find something to improve."
What don't you like about working at Stryker?
"Stryker hires great people but the path for technical People is not financially promising."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would e less corporatey. The CEO seems like he's dreamed of being a CEO and now has to play the role. I would value a clear, fun, and open-minded leader instead of someone who's concerned about the market. I want to know his thoughts long-term."
