"I have worked at AAP for a little over 2 years. As with many companies, the people are what makes it interesting to work at currently. However, management feels that being too lean is the way of doing business. This worked when the industry was at it's worst in 2009 to 2012, but current practices are creating a very chaotic environment. When I try to express this issue earlier this year, management became very defensive and gave my concerns the brush off. That's when I decided it's time to move."
