"This company doesn't do direct hires they use a workforce agency to place workers. But I would recommend that one must be very competent and willing to learn new things or idea's."

"Occationally, credit for and idea was not given to the people responsible for that idea."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The philosophy if its not broke don't fix it, I believe that you must alway look for ways that it can break, so you are prepared when it does or prevent it from happening in the 1st place."
