"Be prepared to be treated like a robot and not a human being. If you are looking for a company that allows you room to grow, then this is not the company for you anymore. It was at one point, but under new ownership it is no longer."

What don't you like about working at Advanced Access?

"They sold the company to a fortune 500 company who came in and completely changed the whole structure. Took the family atmosphere out of the workplace."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't be afraid to try new things. Trust your employees who have been there and have the experience. If it's not broken, don't try and and fix it."
