"I’ve worked for ARTI and it hasn’t been to bad of a company. There are many rooms for improvements but some things will take more time than others. The owner means well but at the same since he has a huge problem with control not understanding that he is the problem from stopping the company from growing etc I tried implementing multiple different things for the good of the company and I got a lot of push back from that etc"
