Your work will not get overlooked if you work hard and prove in an all male environment that women can do what men can do as well, and I proved that"

"Some of the top bosses were very unprofessional and rude to people and sometimes you could not speak your mind about how someone treated you without having consequences"

"Train all workers so they know how to sell the merchandise and do work as well. Don't just give out orders and sit in the office all day."
