"Unless you are already experienced with their products and don't need to make much money, don't bother."

"Terrible pay, terrible management, lousy training, terrible support."

"Quit allowing the ADT Dealers to underbid ADT itself. Create a base pay + commission structure. Simplify the commission structure. Get a training program and a support program."

"Decrease the number of departments (personel) the paperwork goes through."

"The organization as a whole is completely unorganized. Each department has their own set of incentives and it leads to huge complexities within the organization."

"Create different incentives for salespeople. They MUST create more opportunity for advancement also."
