"I like having the freedom to set my own schedule and travel as necessary to develop opportunities. I like having the ability to treat my territory as my own business."

"Be confident, professional dress and demeanor. Show enthusiasm for sales and passion."

What don't you like about working at ADT Security?

"Corporate culture and legal road blocks in establishing business relationships. In addition, the difficulty in being able to react swiftly to support customer requirements."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Return National Accounts to have the ability to react as required for customer relationships. Constraints being placed on establishing contracts with customers and general contractors make it very difficult to meet deadlines."

"There was a high turnover ratio for employees."
