"As an ADT Security Sales Professional, I have had the opportunity to work in a challenging and competitive sales environment. The salary offered is fair, and there are incentives for meeting targets and generating sales. ADT provides comprehensive training and resources to help sales professionals succeed in their roles. However, the job can be demanding, requiring long hours and extensive customer interaction. The company culture is focused on performance and results, which can be motivating for some individuals. Overall, ADT is a reputable company in the security industry, and the experience gained here can be valuable for a sales career."
"Good overall experience, lots of opportunities"
"ADT is a great company to work for. Lots of room for growth and development. They have good benefits when it comes to time off and a great retirement plan. Overall, ADT is a solid company that is continuing to grow in the security industry."
"During my time at ADT Defenders, I thoroughly enjoyed my co-workers and my direct district manager. The environment and long hours at a client's location left a lot to be desired. The lack of support from corporate and almost fighting them with internal politics, in order to get anything done, left me at a tipping point to leave. The benefits are excellent, but the chargebacks not so much."
"My last employer was ADT, Tacoma. They provided no training, and my duties were mainly security system service. My previous experience was fire alarm service for the last 23 years. All previous security experience was hardwired, not wireless. Also, I had stipulated my work area was to be south of I-90. Being unfamiliar with systems & always assigned in North King Cty, Snohomish Cty, & Widby Is. I terminated my employment."
"Incompetent management; lack of trust, communication and team environment. Lacking in leadership"
"I think they are the best and most capable security company in the world"
"I have worked for ADT Corporate on the Small Business team since January 2020. The opportunity to grow with-in the company is excellent. Salespeople are able to sell a great product with great brand recognition and earn uncapped commissions. The headaches are with the sales process. An outdated ordering system with very little information is used. Some other points of pain are with the installation teams, very little communication takes place from the install techs to the sales team."
"The job was worth the time but the new mangers should have more experience and organization the company overall itself though treated they’re employees alright they don’t compensate you for a lot of things"
"Strong organization, good people"
