"Unfortunately their training of new employees is not at its best. Once they have you trained they put you to work, their productivity standards were higher than most jobs I have worked at 26 ER charts an hour. Once you reach your accuracy and productivity they pull you off your coding and put you on an audit for another client. Not conducive to maintaining their standards when you are not working in "coding" charts."
"With much transition the company is growing however still needs to improve current culture. Additionally the structure is understaffed and compensation is not competitive."
