"Be prepared for a panel interview of at least three people, and always answer questions in the STAR format (Situation/Task - Action - Result )."

What don't you like about working at ADP?

"Advancement, while visible, is difficult to obtain. I was qualified for a position, but it was too large of a pay jump, and they wouldn't even allow me to apply. The CSU model doesn't work well with remote employment.If you are promoted within the company, there is a proration to the salary so it's normal, but not fair, for people hired from the outside to be making more than someone who has been with the company for years, to make more for the same position."

"Forgo the pay scale qualification and allow employees to apply for jobs for which they are qualified."
