"I worked for ADP for almost two years. It has been around and will be for a very long time, or at least as long as people receive paychecks. Because of this it provides thousands of people here, and abroad, with a very stable living. However, their sales department is not always a paragon of moral standing. Like with many sales departments it is extremely cutthroat. Though it can be lucrative if you have the right mindset. It is perfect for someone just getting into sales or just out of college, not for a seasoned rep. There is also not a clear path forward within the company from those positions."

"I like the exposure to technology and problem-solving. They are a very stable company to work for."

"Encourage your manager to grow your career. Do not change positions a lot."

"There seems to be nothing going on the majority of the time."

"I would place more technology in the hands of the people working outside of headquarters."

"The company should always judge the person on the amount of potential a person has, and not on the basis of some personal grudges that may exist between staff and the junior managers."

"The corporate department needs to watch all departments and treat them more as customers, instead of just guiding entity. Other departments bring in the revenue."
