What do you like about working at ADP?

"I liked the great people and opportunities to show your skills. Advancement opportunities were very good when I first started, before the reorganization. I liked the opportunities for associates to work from home, creating a great work/life balance."

What don't you like about working at ADP?

"There was nothing that I really did not like."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to focus on the people. With the new organization, it will be hard with most associates having remote managers."

"While working at ADP has been a wonderful experience, I feel the income is not in line with the grind in my particular role. I have also enjoyed a great level of flexibility in schedule but only because I have excelled. The flexibility is the first thing to be revoked if performance dips over one month. For that reason, it is not a great long-term fit for driven working moms."

"Overall a great company and provides recent graduates with necessary real world experience. The job is very hard at times and you really have to be willing to put in the work. Everyone has different opportunities depending on your territory so it is a little unfair at times."
