"Always maintain a positive attitude, even if things are going against you. Hard work will only get you so far. There seems to be a lot of politics when it comes to promotions."

"I dislike the very political environment, especially when it comes to promotions. In addition, the bonus structure is set up to benefit new employees with low quotas."
