What do you like about working at Rio Grande Inn?
"I started with the company in 2010 when it was newly constructed. I loved working with all the coworkers and adored the residents. It was extremely gratifying to help in any way no matter what the issue or problem."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be confident in your skills and abilities. Understand that your voice and yourself is important to the residents and patients and they need you!"
What don't you like about working at Rio Grande Inn?
"The new administrator micromanaged and it made working uncomfortable because of that."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Allow the employees to do their jobs. All have received training and know their jobs and the expectations."

"Helping and training others, advancement opportunities, ability to work independently, achieving goals as a team"

"Be open to lots of change and micromanagement; goals are attainable if you are focused and work hard; might require more than 40 hours/week to achieve minimum expectations"
What don't you like about working at Career Education?
"The style of management and leadership gave the perception that employees could not be trusted; expanding schedules (ie. late evenings and weekends) caused employees and directors to become unhappy and resulted in less productivity."

"Review what made the company successful in their earlier years, be innovative without disrupting the entire flow of business, seek feedback from successful leaders within the organization"
