"Must of the time, working at Admiral Glass was OK, especially when the Office Manager left for the day. Everyone could relax and more work was accomplished."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you interview with Fred Talley or Brian Griffin, then you will most likely get hired to work. These two Shop Managers are good about giving people 2nd chances and sometimes 3rd chances."

What don't you like about working at Admiral Glass?

"I hated dealing with an Office Manager who didn't remember what she told people to do and had others do her work to make her look good to the owner of the company. The owner of the company has put so much faith into the Office Manager that she knows that whatever she does isn't going to be questioned. The owner needs to check on the office manager more closely and see what she gets away with. The Office Manager has had her assistant take the wrap for losing a large check and getting it replaced(owner didn't know) and since the owner thinks the Office Manager double checks the weekly payroll, he never questions any checks that look extremely larger than normal. The owner also doesn't know when certain employees are absent."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That's hard to do since management doesn't believe that anything is wrong with them except for the Office Manager who believes she should be a part of the warehouse running and the glass shop running. The Office Manager shouldn't be able to stop raises that are given to employees by the shop supervisors because she doesn't like the employee. Change the Office Manager."
