What do you like about working at Brazos Electric Cooperative?
"I get a sense of accomplishment, when I find a new way to improve efficiencys. I have been able to recently decrease the amount of paperwork the plants have had to do, by development of a Chemical Commodity Agreements, When I find cost savings, when I mentor a new person in how to send out RFQ's or how to negotiate and everyone comes out a winner."

"It is a older company (75 years old) that has stillthe good old boy mentality, not very forward with its thinking. It will have to adapt soon or it will not survive."

"There does not seem to be any empowerment allowed by employees to find new ways to improve productivity."

"Open to suggestions and looking for ways to improve processes."

"Management really cared about the customers and employees. They gave the employees a great working environment and the best tools and technology to obtain their goals. They made an effort to give the customers the best service available."

"Unfortunately, Fullerton Community Bank no longer exists. You may want to apply at CyberCoders."

"The choice to allow Opus Bank to acquire Fullerton Community Bank was a poor decision. There were better options available."

"Continue to make sound business and social decision concerning the company, employees and customers."

"Everything. My boss was a great human being and my co-workers were excellent too. I was responsible for the department that took care of keeping everything in working order as well as purchasing and meeting planning, and I liked it very much."
