"This position is one that requires responsibility and problem solving, which keeps the mind fresh and makes the time fly by. I enjoy that I am actually needed--I must be there or there will be problems getting things done correctly and efficiently. This is the first job I've ever had where I've felt that I was actually of high value and worth to my employer because of what my position entails, instead of just my work ethic and abilities."

"It is an established company and has a great insurance."

"It is a good company to start work for."

"When things happen, they don't discuss it with the employees until the last moment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to discuss what is going on with the company before it happens."
What do you like about working at University of Texas at San Antonio?
"Low stress, minimal supervision, environment, casual dress code, convenient lunch options, and employee discounts."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Uhh, here's a nice nugget I just found out. Don't expect to be paid what you should be. I just found out I make less than the minimum offered to me as an option on the previous page. I'm not in the $30,000 - $40,000 pay range. I'm in the $20,000 - $30,000 pay range. Also, car pool because parking cost about $400.00 a fiscal year. That's alright, just keep screwing me over UTSA, with the economy as terrible as it is I guess I really have no other choice than to bend over and take it."
What don't you like about working at University of Texas at San Antonio?
"Although there I like minimal supervision, the utter lack of direction at my job leaves me to do nothing throughout most of the day. The only direction I've received from my supervisor was to completely disregard procedure, and do things the department's way. What a laughable institution!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would hire people who know what they are doing as far as office management and administration. I wouldn't coddle scientists just because they bring in grant money. If you are the principal investigator, and therefore, head administrator of a multi-million dollar government grant, you sure as hell should know how to follow purchasing procedure, instead of bitching and moaning about how the University makes it impossible for you to conduct research because of policy violations! Maybe learn to follow the rules like everyone else, you're scientists, you should be able to understand this."

"The opportunity to become a permanent position was minimum because of their short budget."

"The philanthropic side of Oracle Think/Quest, the management were incredibly good team."

"The leadership, support you receive, kind colleagues, the never ending learning opportunities, the environment and almost everything about it."

"Due to my inexperience in interviewing here, I can only suggest that you stay honest and show why you would be a good fit."
What don't you like about working at University of Montana?
"With only making $28,000/year, I found it almost impossible to pay the mortgage, student loans, bills and all the other necessary expenses. Unfortunately, for staff members, there really is not a whole lot of room to grow. I was a finalist in the Assistant to the President search, but aside from that, you income opportunities are very limited."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If possible, increasing the salary would be a way to retain for you stars."
What do you like about working at Crossmark?
"Just the people in the office. Most of teh people in the grocery industry-mainly at the store level- are rude."

"Bring a thick skin with you if you decide to work for this company."
What don't you like about working at Crossmark?
"The conservative environment, low pay, poor benefits. Low merrit increases."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better benefits, pay and culture. More rewarding environment. At least give us a Christmas party."
