What do you like about working at Aditya Birla Group?

"Nothing much. Very few of my colleagues are nice to interact with. Most of the others are 'followers' and want to grow 'somehow', quality, skill and experience be damned! The process I work for and the people in the US that I interact with are the plus points."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please do not join here. The environment is very frustrating and the people who get promoted as seniors as given the role not based on true merits but on their ability to talk their way out of issues. Is that a good standard"

What don't you like about working at Aditya Birla Group?

"The process is very, very badly managed. The main person in charge is a cheap minded, baseless person. He happens to have a good degree but has zero people and management skills. The 'risk' managers do not have thorough knowledge of the process. This is a drawback since they do not understand the systems which will help the employees while discussing issues. This is just a few of the many drawbacks. I do not wish to talk further about it, it is really depressing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please quit and be replaced by competent people who are interested in the process itself rather than earning money and being thought of as the best. Thorugh sincere efforts the title will come easily..."
