"1- Too many bosses around one single department. 2- This is still a family company with so many old associates that don't let the company perform with all its potential."

"To many have a personal agenda different than that of corporate goals which disrupts continuity of processes."

"Establish a much less casual environment and develop a much more professional accumen and attitude. Listen to the professionals you have hired for their expertise and less to your friends who know nothing about your business requirements."
