"I don't feel this a necessary question for the job application. Reviews for all the companies are available online and won't change based on 1 person's review. Moreover, it will be biased and apt. My next responses are random and has nothing to do with reality."
"Very good team and environment"
"The company focus has changed dramatically in the last 2 years. A very difficult place to work."
"Fantastic energy and growth mindset in most groups, however the culture in some areas is slanted too far towards showmanship over substance. Great place to get started in the industry!"
"I've worked with adidas Indy for almost 3 years and can honestly say that I have grown so much since I started. The level of exposure to real businss challenges is refreshing and rewarding. The challenges associated with this facility is the lack of alignment across senior management. Competing or hidden agendas and gaps in accountabiliy."
"Good day, IT specialist with 7+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure. Expert with a wide variety of security, engineering, networking, and operating system software. With a stronger ability to make decisions based on the information available"
"The company I currently work for is great in learning specific aspects of business and the people who work there truly make it feel like a sense of a team. The employees are very supportive and helpful."
"The shift in culture from one region to another is alarming. For a brand built on changing lives through sport the feeling is internal customer lives and the opportunities that are being expressed need to be adressed."
"adidas is a great place to work, with a strong infrastructure, fun culture, and a supportive management team. Hours are flexible and there is plenty of opportunity for advancement."
"I have been working with the company for four years. The company is divided between multiple Business operations and it is their greatest strength/weakness. If you are a designer, their are many problematic scenarios. Do not think you can just fly under the radar here, you have to show face to the social environment."
"I started working at adidas through a recruiting agency as a contractor. I reported directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Publishing. My main tasks was to community manage, publish (and create copy) to post on social channels, as well as working with MediaCom and agencies to bring projects and activations to life. I managed all adidasLA social channels and created both paid and organic content."
"I worked for Adidas Group from 2016-2019. I've found it to be a company strong on ethical values and employee health and The company employs thousands of people worldwide and provides an excess number of tools and support to get any job needed done."
